What is ACE?

ACE is a product of two technologies (Psychology & Information Technology) meeting for a creative and practical goal.
ACE is a battery of tests and questionnaires implemented on an IT platform

Why ACE?

ACE enables adult candidates to identify one's standing on various Competencies, which may help one in knowing strengths as well as weaknesses.
ACE facilitates organizational decisions based on specific levels of certain competencies.
ACE helps in developing Individual Enhancement Plan, specifically in the psychological area.
ACE data will add to research in psychometrics.

What does ACE assess?
ACE assesses four important competencies, under which many traits are measured. They are:

Personality:

- Mental Health - Scores on above four give rise to this score
